They arrived promptly when scheduled and took their time to install, paying attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect. I had ordered a pool table through Wayfair (big regrets about ordering it through Wayfair) and asked Shark to install it for me. When they came and opened the box, it turns out Wayfair had shipped a damaged product. They immediately told me to call Wayfair and was so kind to stay on customer service with Wayfair on the phone to explain what the damage was and to ask Wayfair to send specific replacement parts. After Wayfair sent the replacement parts, they came out a second time to complete the job. They were methodical and careful with their approach, making sure the installation was perfect. Buying a pool table is definitely an investment. I was on the fence with my purchase and he provided honest advice with no pressure. The Memorial Day prices were such a great deal. He also came through with delivering it by my specific date. David and Gilberto set-up my pool table and they did an amazing job. From measuring and finding the perfect position to set it up to cleaning up after when they were all done. I was ecstatic that everything went as planned. Best part was he was transparent with realistic delivery timelines, was able to book a window within it and then actually move us earlier when an opening came up... we got it almost a full week earlier than anticipated. The installation team led by David was punctual, professional, and personable. I called them on Wednesday to see how much it would cost to pickup a table in Pacifica and set it up in South San Jose. The table was found by my wife on Craigslist, fully dissembled already. We bought it site unseen and Sharks did a great job about making us feel comfortable with the purchase by checking that all the pieces were there upon pickup. The initial window for pickup was between 8-10am Friday, two days after first contact, and they showed up right at 8am. They arrived at our house in San Jose by 9am and immediately began setting things up, giving us recommendations along the way. They were at our place until around 11:30am and everything went perfect. Highly recommended local business that is punctual, professional, and honest. Pricing was very reasonable given the distance and time for setup. Danny helped me and my wife find the right one and found out it was on sale. He worked with us to get a good deal for dining topper and matching benches plus the accessory kit. He set up a quick delivery on Saturday of the same week. The guys were right on time and called ahead to let me know they were arriving. Install time took about 2 hours with triple checked measurements of the room and table. Just waiting for the back ordered benches to be delivered to complete the set. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and the service.
